The weather prevented the open-air concert from taking place outside, but that did not dampen the spirits. The brilliant programme of works by Puccini, Rossini, Vivaldi and others, as well as the outstanding performances of the soloists and the university orchestra, ensured that the audience in the orchestra hall was also enthusiastic.
