On 3 February 2024, the University of Music Nuremberg will open its doors from 10 am to 5 pm for all those interested in studying music. You are cordially invited to get to know our diverse study programme and gain an insight into the world of music.

A day of musical discovery and opportunity:

• Open lessons and rehearsals: Experience live how different classes are taught and take part in public rehearsals.
• Trial lessons: Take the opportunity to take part in selected taster classes yourself and test your skills.
• Concerts and performances: Enjoy the performances by our students and teachers at various concerts.
• Advice and information sessions: Gain an insight into our courses and benefit from personal consultations with our experts.
• Mock exam: Test yourself in our mock exam (theory/ear training) and get a feel for what to expect in the entrance exams.

The Night of the Profs, a closing concert at 7:30 pm in the Orchestra Hall, presents a varied and exciting programme in which our teaching staff showcase their musical skills.

Participation in our Study Information Day and Night of the Profs is free and open to anyone who wants to develop their passion for music.
