What can I expect in this study area?

The programme is designed to deepen and perfect pedagogical, academic and teaching knowledge and skills, as well as to open up new fields of work in music education. It is aimed at qualifying music education students for a professional field for which there have been few training opportunities to date. This professional field includes, for example
- Head of department at a music school
- Teaching in specialised schools, academies, vocational schools
- Working in adult education, especially in the field of further education and training.

It can also serve as preparation for a doctorate in Music Education and a position as a university lecturer.
