News Success Tzu-Hsuan Lin becomes first violinist with the Hof Symphony Orchestra

Tzu-Hsuan Lin (class of Prof. Dr Reto Kuppel) has won a position in the first violins of the Hofer Symphoniker. Congratulations!

Tzu-Hsuan Lin was born in Taiwan in 1999. She studied violin at the National Taiwan Normal University, where she received her Bachelor's degree from Professor C. Nanette Chen. She continued her studies at Nuremberg University of Music, where she received her Master's degree in 2024 in the class of Prof. Dr. Reto Kuppel.

She was concertmaster of the university orchestra and had the opportunity to play Jean Sibelius' Violin Concerto with the Hof Symphony Orchestra.

Shortly after graduating, she was offered an internship and a permanent position as first violinist with the Hofer Symphoniker in December 2024.
