The premiere of our co-production of Sergei Prokofiev's opera "The Love for Three Oranges" ended with thunderous applause on 6 April at the Stadttheater Fürth. Congratulations to all involved and Toi Toi Toi for the upcoming performances!
Guido Johannes Rumstadt conducted the NUM Symphony Orchestra in a lively and inspiring manner: the low brass in particular were powerful and stylish, with plenty of opportunity to play with sound. Between the dreamy cello solo and the famously martial King's March, the finest nuances of timbre were impressive."
